A pre-order capability review differs from a production follow-up or a quality inspection. We establish which processes, machines, team responsibilities and documents need attention.
Review observable manufacturing capability
Depending on access, the review may cover relevant machinery, production flow, capacity discussions, materials handling, warehouse practices and traceability arrangements.
Ask technical and commercial questions together
Operating conditions, quality responsibilities, outsourced stages, realistic lead times and sample approval processes influence whether an otherwise attractive quotation is workable.
Record findings with appropriate limits
An on-site review can document observations and open questions. It is not a certification, laboratory test or guarantee of order quality; those services may require accredited third parties.
